ClapDiet is a nutrition tracking and food recommendation platform that provides:

• Access to a database of 300,000+ foods with nutritional information
• Personalized food recommendations based on health conditions
• Lab result analysis and interpretation
• Meal tracking and nutrition logging
• Health condition management tools

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account

4. Use License

• May not be appropriate for your individual circumstances

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (including lab results, health data, and feedback). By submitting content, you grant ClapDiet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClapDiet and its licensors. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ClapDiet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• ClapDiet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClapDiet in the past twelve (12) months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClapDiet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or ClapDiet

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
